VETLAB, with an ISO/IEC 17025-2005 accredited Quality Management System, is India’s 1st privately-managed NABL-accredited veterinary laboratory with a demonstrated ability to consistently deliver world-class services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Accreditation is the third party attestation related to a Conformity Assessment Body (CAB), conveying a formal demonstration of its competence to carry out specific conformity assessment task. The CAB is a body that includes Testing including medical Laboratory, Calibration Laboratory, Proficiency Testing Provider, Certified Reference Material Producer.
The NABL accreditation is awarded to laborations that are able to validate their competence to carry out specific tests conforming with international standards. Some of the standard guidelines that have fueled our success journey include meticulous sample collection and handling, intricate interpretation of results, quick turnaround times, and continual development and training of staff.

To guarantee a superlative quality and compliance management system, we have instituted the following policies:

  • Employment of analyzers and methodologies aligned with the latest technology for accurate and dependable test results.
  • Daily calibration with quality control systems for timely delivery of reports.
  • Implementation and use of only the most appropriate products, processes, licenses and supporting documents.
  • All aspects exclusively supported using a laboratory information system.
  • Imminent reporting through a personalized reporting system to keep a check on issues , including critical ones that affect patient safety, or the overall quality of treatment.
  • A documented system for all issues, so that they can be identified and corrective steps against all false actions or products can be taken to prevent recurrences.
  • Assurance of consistent reports over time with frequent participation in external proficiency testing programs.
  • Retrieval of updated diagnostic information through regular evaluation of patient needs to undertake clinical decisions.
  • Availability of a dependable courier system to transport samples and ensure quick turn-around.
  • Documentation of all changes that affect the quality, safety or effectiveness of our services or processes including documents submitted to regulatory authorities or approved licences or compliances.
